How to Prepare For Hard Times

And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities” (Revelation 18:4).

  1. Make sure your life is in line with the Word of God.
  2. Make sure the traditions of men don’t blind your eyes.
  1. Make sure you don’t get into strife and contention with anyone.
  1. If someone blames you for listening to the prophets of doom, don’t take it personally or be offended.
  1. Lay claim to the Promises of God and build up faith in what God has promised.
  1. Get rid of anything that appears to be of the Babylonian system. (The Lord said if we have part of the Babylonian system in us we will fall when it falls.)
  1. Pray continually that you will be preserved and kept safe in troubled times.
  1. Make up your mind that you will not be fearful but trust in the Lord.
  1. Plead the Blood of Jesus.
  1. Be sure to praise and worship on a continual basis and thank God for your protection.
  1. Pray for God’s mercy and grace upon the remnant. “O LORD, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing” (Jeremiah 10:24).
